What we collect
- Account & contact: username, email, password hash, support messages; optional profile details.
- Age-gate responses: confirmation of eligibility/age where required for access or compliance.
- Payments: transaction IDs and status from payment providers (we do not store full card details).
- Device/usage: IP address, device IDs, browser, pages viewed, clicks, referrals, approximate location.
- Cookies/IDs: session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics/advertising identifiers (where enabled).
How we use information
- Provide and operate the service, create/manage accounts, and respond to requests.
- Security, fraud prevention, and to maintain safe and reliable systems.
- Analytics to improve features, performance, and user experience.
- Advertising/measurement and compliance or certification-related checks where applicable (e.g., eligibility/age gating).

New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (notice & legal grounds)
We collect personal information directly from you and automatically when you use our site. We collect and use it for the purposes described above, including where necessary to provide the service, for our legitimate business purposes (such as security and service improvement), and to comply with legal obligations. If you do not provide certain information, we may be unable to provide some features.
Sharing, third parties & international transfers

Some providers may process or store data outside New Zealand.
