Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in New Zealand.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may request verification where reasonable.

2. Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual coins/credits and virtual items are licensed, not sold, for use only within the service.
• They have no cash value, are non-redeemable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or real-world goods/services.
• Any attempted sale, transfer, or exploitation may result in suspension or termination.

3. Purchases, billing, and refunds

• Optional paid features or coin packs ("In-App Purchases") may be offered at prices shown at checkout (including any applicable taxes where stated).
• Payments are processed by the relevant app store/platform or our payment provider. Your provider’s terms also apply.
• All sales are generally final once delivered. If you believe a purchase was unauthorised or not delivered, contact us promptly and also raise it with the payment provider.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in removal of purchased content and/or account restrictions to prevent fraud.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, automate, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or other players.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or use the service in a way that breaches NZ law.
• We may monitor for security, safety, and compliance purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The service, software, artwork, text, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. Suspension, termination, and changes

• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these terms, engaged in fraud, or posed a security/safety risk.
• We may modify, discontinue, or update features and virtual items at any time. Balances, progress, or content may change and are not guaranteed.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by NZ law.

8. Disputes & governing law (New Zealand)

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
